- Scott was instrumental in co-creating T2VC. Scott contributed to regional ecosystem experiments in: Medellin, San Diego, Australia, and the West Bank that helped define a new civic role ‘ecosystem architects’ and shaped core elements in the Rainforest methodology. Scott and the Jigsaw Group have become ambassadors for the Rainforest methodology delivering regional solutions in New York, the UAE, and Saudi.
